Can I order from the country that I am resident in?

We ship worldwide but we ask you to check your local law before ordering, as laws differ from country to country, state to state and by ordering, you are confirming that you have done so. All products sold on this website are legal for sale in the Spain and Europe.

We cannot be held responsible for persons who choose to act in conflict with their national laws and we do not encourage anyone to do so.


Are cannabis / marijuana seeds legal to grow? If not why do you sell them?

In the Spain and Europe it is legal to own, buy and sell cannabis seeds but it is illegal to germinate and cultivate them under national drug laws. Each country has its own drug laws which are constantly changing, so we suggest you research your own local laws.

Our seeds are sold as genetic preservation souvenirs to help protect the cannabis gene pool for future use and research. Where cannabis cultivation is illegal we suggest storage of seeds until changes to laws. The seeds we sell are only suggested for germination in countries where it is legal to do so.

 

If I pay on my credit card, what will show on my statement?

All transactions will show as ‘QUICK PAY’.

 

How do you send out my order?

All orders are sent discreetly. When an order arrives we carefully decide whether it should be sent in a plain, protective envelope, a DVD case for added protection or something else even more secure for longer deliveries. Your name and address, only, are written on the envelope. Seeds are normally sent in their breeders packaging but we occasionally remove them for safer sending.

 

How do I know if you have received and despatched my order?

When you place an order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail containing your order number and confirming your ordered items. If you have any queries about your order, please quote your order number when contacting us. We will send you another e-mail containing your tracking reference, once your order has been dispatched.

 

How many seeds per pack?

The product pages all clearly say how many seeds are in the packets.

 

What if an item I have ordered, is out of stock?

On the whole, we usually have all items in stock. Should we run out of a product, (which does happen from time to time) and we can’t complete your order, we will contact you straight away, either by e-mail or by telephone. If you are happy to wait for the item to come back into stock, this usually only takes from a day to three for us to reorder, restock and promptly ship your goods. If you can’t wait for your items to arrive, you can choose an alternative to replace the out of stock product, to the same value or more, (this may require an additional payment over the phone) so your order is shipped immediately and isn’t delayed any further. If there is no over product that you would like to exchange it for, we will offer you a partial refund on your order (we may need to take your card details over the phone to do this).

If we have tried to contact you, but you are unobtainable, then we may select the closest possible alternative for you, and ship this instead, but this happens rarely.
